Where we ship

We currently ship to mainland United Kingdom addresses only. We do not export research chemicals outside the UK. Any onward transportation of products is the sole responsibility of the Buyer and must comply with all applicable laws.

Dispatch times

  • Orders placed before 3:00pm UK time (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same working day, subject to stock availability, order verification, and completion of researcher acknowledgements.
  • Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends, or on UK public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • Once dispatched, delivery is typically next working day via a tracked, signed-for courier service.

Rates

  • Standard tracked shipping: £6.50.
  • Free tracked shipping on orders over £100.

Discreet, secure packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, tamper-evident outer packaging with no branding or content description visible on the exterior. Products requiring cold storage are shipped with appropriate thermal protection and expedited service.

Tracking

A tracking reference is emailed as soon as your order is handed to the carrier. Please allow the full carrier delivery window before raising a query.

Delays and failed delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, weather, industrial action, incorrect addresses provided by the Buyer, or other events outside our reasonable control. Where an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we may charge a re-dispatch fee.

Damaged or lost shipments

Please inspect all shipments on arrival and notify us in writing within 3 working days of any damage or shortage, including photographs of the outer and inner packaging. Claims received later may be refused.
