Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to every visitor to this website and every purchaser of products from NXT GEN PEPTIDES. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions and RUO Disclaimer.

1. Permitted use

• In-vitro laboratory research undertaken by qualified researchers, licensed laboratory professionals, academic institutions, and contract research organisations;
• Analytical reference-standard use in laboratories operating under recognised quality systems;
• Educational research within properly supervised, permitted research settings.

2. Prohibited use

You must NOT, under any circumstances:

• Consume, ingest, inhale, inject, apply topically or otherwise administer any product to yourself, another person, or any animal — the products are HARMFUL and may cause serious injury or death if used in this way;
• Provide, sell, gift, share, resell, or otherwise transfer products to any person or organisation that you know or reasonably suspect intends to consume or administer them, or to use them contrary to the RUO classification;
• Use, promote, or market products as medicines, supplements, cosmetics, food, feed, or veterinary products;
• Make, publish or share any claim that the products treat, cure, prevent, mitigate, or diagnose any disease or condition, or that they are safe or effective for human or animal use;
• Use products in any way that is unlawful, or that would place NXT GEN PEPTIDES in breach of any law, regulation, code, or the terms of any regulatory authority;
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or misrepresent the researcher acknowledgements presented on this website or at checkout, or provide false information at the entry gate or checkout.

3. Zero-tolerance communications policy — immediate account termination

Any customer, prospective customer, or website visitor who references any of the following in any communication with NXT GEN PEPTIDES — by email, contact form, live chat, order notes, telephone, or any other channel — will have their account and any pending or historical orders terminated and cancelled with immediate effect, will forfeit any monies paid on cancelled orders (as liquidated damages for breach of these Terms), and may be reported to the relevant UK authorities:

• Human trials, personal administration, self-administration, or use "on myself" / "on a person" / "on an animal";
• Dosing protocols, dose in mg or mg/kg, cycles, PCT, injection sites, or injection technique;
• Side effects, symptoms, adverse events, or "how it felt";
• Bodybuilding, athletic performance, cosmetic effects, weight loss, or fat loss;
• Any other language that indicates in-vivo use or intent to use in-vivo.

This is a strict-liability policy. It applies regardless of the customer's intent, whether the wording is jocular, hypothetical, or rhetorical, and whether the customer subsequently retracts the statement. Reinstatement is at our sole discretion and is not available on the same account.

4. Enforcement

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, cancel or reverse any order; suspend or terminate any account; withhold or recall any shipment; retain evidence of prohibited communications; share information with law enforcement, HMRC, the MHRA or any other regulator or authority where legally permitted or required; and to pursue civil action for damages and indemnity under our Terms & Conditions.
